Background
William (Bill) Curtis, is a graduate of Savannah State University, Savannah Georgia, and holds a master’s degree from the United States Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island. Mr. Curtis is a retired Navy Supply Corps Captain and has held command, as well as assignment in numerous senior positions. Curtis is a member of the Alpha Phi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity representing Norfolk-Virginia Beach. He is also the chairman of the Board of Directors of STOP, Inc., a member of the Hampton Roads Black Caucus (HRBC) Board of Directors, has memberships on the Republican Professionals Network (RPN) Board of Directors, serves as the Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Virginia Beach (RPVB) Board of Directors, and is a member of the Republican Party of Virginia State Central Committee. Mr. Curtis is the President and owner of Aulatim Management Consultants, LLC., and is currently employed as a Financial Resource Manager for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, in Norfolk Virginia. Bill and his wife, Audrey, are members of Atlantic Shores Baptist Church. They are the parents of two adult children, and reside in Virginia Beach, VA.
